"Your mind is an iceberg" 😳

Let me explain - Consider the "visible" part of the iceberg - it is the part that represents your conscious thoughts and actions, while the "hidden" part includes your subconscious thoughts, beliefs, and desires.
Just as an iceberg can be dangerous to ships that underestimate its size,
the hidden parts of a person's mind can have
a powerful influence on their behavior and decisions.

And here is what we need to understand - we end up utilising only about 10% of our brain.

Because that is the conscious part - the rational, logical, and practical part of us. The other 90% is the subconscious brain, which we cannot control but does all the reacting, the emoting, and stores all of our beliefs and patterns. So unlocking the hidden beliefs in your subconscious mind can actually help you stop habits, patterns, ways of thought, and actions that do not serve you anymore. 

And this is what I noticed -

🤔 Clients usually tend to respond very well to talk therapy methods but there comes a time in their therapy journey when there are just certain roadblocks they cannot seem to push through, consciously.

Hypnotherapy is a scientific process that enables an individual to experience a  heightened state of concentration and focused attention, known as hypnosis.

A hypnotherapist guides you into this deep state of focus and relaxation with verbal cues, repetition, and imagery.

When you’re under hypnosis, this intense level of concentration and focus allows you to ignore ordinary distractions and be more open to guided suggestions to make changes to improve your health 🗝️

❌ It is not a stage act or a magical act of any kind and neither it is an occult or spiritual practice, hypnotherapy

My Personal Hypnotherapy Experience 📋

I always knew hypnotherapy was a powerful method that worked on the basics of Suggestion Therapy but later got to know that it is something so much deeper and complex.

How?

Well, it will be safe to say that I have struggled with a certain addiction for a good 10 years of my life and hypnotherapy helped me finally kick the butt for good.  No kidding. I owe that to Marisa's method.

And when this happened, I was amazed. In fact, I did not acknowledge this for a good 2-3 months after this had actually happened because I was so afraid I might jinx it.

  • How many sessions of Hypnotherapy are required?

This method of Hypnotherapy is specially designed for rapid change & a single session of 90 to 120 minutes works for most people. You will also receive a recorded audio after the session and you have to commit to listening to that audio for 21 days. We can be in touch over email during that period & get on a follow-up call after those 21 days​

  • Will Hypnotherapy work for me?

If you are determined to believe it won't work, it might not. If you have even an inkling of hope that it will, along with a determination to truly get rid of the issue you are facing, yes, it will work!​

  • I want to work on two or more issues at once. What do I do?

Imagine this - You go to a restaurant and order 3 dishes because you are famished. Then the server brings all three dishes to you at once​. You are happy but get confused about which dish to focus on. Also, all dishes are really good so none stand out individually as much. You wonder if eating one dish at a time would have been more satisfying but enjoy your meal nonetheless. This is very true in Hypnotherapy. You must focus on one problem at a time to reap maximum benefits from our session. You can always work on other problems, but just one problem at a time. Having trouble deciding on a single issue?
